When asked to make this cake I was given only 3 weeks. Half the cake is chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganche (bottom and 2nd to the top tiers) The other half of the cake is foam dummies. First time using the foam dummies for me. The flowers are all hand made and the letters and patterns are piped in royal icing.
