The client who ordered my previously posted cake (the Enchanted Christmas Cake), begged me to make this cake for a friend, 24 hours before Jay’s 2nd birthday to make this cake as the original baker could not do it… So I said yes but letting her know that the deco could not be elaborate!!! The theme was Christmas and snowflakes to match the dessert table display. IN the end, the client loved it but most importantly, little 2-year old Jay was very happy :-)
