Love the people & the place but not the weather (its very humid) ! .......... as it plays spoil sport to my buttercream & fondants :(
My very first attempt with cakes was in 1997 for my daughter's 2nd birthday & ever since it was a yearly affair of making just one cake a year :) ........ after the arrival of my son it turned into 2 cakes a year !!
I depended on cake books from libraries to learn all about baking/icing & created cakes with the limited make-do tools that I had in my kitchen !!
Making & decorating cupcakes caught my fascination & Facebook pages of various cake artists from around the world fascinated me. I spend hours hooked onto their pages & now I'm hooked on Cake Décor too !!
As of now, I take small scale orders for cakes, cupcakes & cookies ♥ ♥ ♥

Never occurred to me that my cake “name” would be assumed as Male. Don’t know why I’m surprised as it was my sons nickname in hockey & lacrosse. I have a rather long and hard to pronounce Polish last name. My first name is June….like the month…. o:)
