Born in 1980, Linda Biancardi received his artistic graduated with specialization in Cultural Heritage in 1998.
Fond of Art in all its aspects, she graduated as Restorer of cultural assets in 2001.
She takes her first steps in working at different sites and museum institutions, intervening directly with frescoes
and masterpieces dating from 1200 to 1800.
Since 2005 she joined one of the most important of Milan restoration laboratories, where her operations are mainly
focused on modern and contemporary works.
A side she has been always cultivating a passion for desserts and cuisine.
From 2012 she devoted himself to combining art and pastry in the decoration of cakes discovering, after 12 years
at the service of figurative art and plastic the ideal synthesis of art and food.
After attending a few training courses in pastry and cake design, cake decoration she has participated in national
and international competitions obtaining several awards.
Finalist at Sigep in 2014 with the theme "Italian Renaissance" and in 2015 with the theme "The seventh art."
She participated to the London NEC winning the silver medal in decorative figurines.
She is a regular teacher of Modeling and Painting at the School of Italian Cake Designer Mariacristina Hellmann in
Milan, certified PME school.
She collaborates with pastry and bakery in Milan and province.
Her decorations and cakes were exposed and photographed for high fashion showcases like Rinascente, and
magazines such as Vogue Children, Vogue Sposa, Deagostini, Vanity Fair, Joy, Gente.
Today cake decoration and pastry represents to her the full realization through which she can express herself
