I am a wife and mother of two teenagers. I live in Victoria, on the beautiful west coast of Canada. My cake career has been a ten year thrill-ride of adventure, creative outlet and joy. I LOVE what I do, who I meet, and what I get to create. I also love to keep learning; our industry is changing so rapidly sometimes it's hard to keep up! But it's always fun to try.
So when a client says "Rachel can you make this?" I always answer yes! And then hit the computer to go and learn how !!!!
