This cake was for a hair stylist who was retiring after 40 years of cutting hair!!! Having a hairdressing chair on the cake was a ‘must’ so it was made out of a 50/50 fondant/gumpaste mix for stability. A draped towel was the last touch to set off the chair before presenting to the client.
