I work as a sugar craft teacher in the beautiful county of Northumberland. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to teach and I absolutely adore the chance to meet new students who love to be creative.
I am qualified with NCFE certificates in creative craft cake decorating level 2 and food safety. To be allowed to teach I attended Newcastle Arts and Technology College and at the age of 58 years I became newly qualified lecturer (as well as being by far the oldest in class).
I am just so very fortunate to undertake a job I love and although nervous about sharing posts I hope you will see the sheer joy in creating them.
