La Camilla

Hi Everybody,
my name's Camilla, I was born 30 years ago in Italy where actually live.
My beautiful trip in Sugar art world, starts about 3 years ago and totally in autonomy, spending hours and hours especially in the night, I learn how to decorate a dessert and to model figurine.
In the last years I have the pleasure to be a certified Pme and Wilton instructors and have a lot of classes all around Italy teaching according to their method. At the end of the single session, my students receive the Pme or Wilton Diploma certificate.
I also have my personal classes in wich i learn to my students how to prepare, stuck and decorate a cake, modell figurine, work with royal icing, make beautiful gum paste or buttercream flowers, decorate a cookie with fondant o royal icing and much more.
I really love my job!!!
