I am thinking about purchasing a fondant sheeter. Can some designers let me know what they use and their experiences with it?

Thanks
Liz

Hi Liz, I was wondering if you’ve tried rolling fondant on a fondant mat – I use Fat daddio’s 24×36 fondant mat and have used it to cover up to 14” diameter cakes very easily. It has saved me from dry cracked fondant and no more elephant skin. Perhaps you do much more volume than I do to warrant purchasing a sheeter – I’m sure its quicker and easier and less stress on the body. Sorry I can’t help with that but just wanted to throw out a less expensive alternative that I think does a really great job.
Good Luck!

Hello Maria! Thanks for your reply. I already use a fondant mat, which I love, however my back and arms are screaming at me.
