Will be beach themed with 55-60 chocolate seashells, plus some coral
5 medium gumpaste calalilys.

I live in northern california, doing this for a friend of a friend
want to feed up to 100 but i worked out this to be 85.
Any other configuration to get close to 100 suggestions?

If you are making a wedding cake for 100 people, you may want to try a 6”, 9” and 12”- If you don’t want to do a 12” tier, you can suggest making a cake for 85 people plus 25 cupcakes decorated with a seashell on top.
