If somebody use your photo?

Could you tell if somebody use your photo of cakes and tells that he made it what you do?
For example https://instagram.com/cake_story.ru/ – almost all photo of cake decoration is from this web site.

Unfortunately there are some websites showing others’ photos as their owns. That’s why it’s always good to use watermarks.

Contact Instagram and let them know about this user and the Copyright Infringement. Instagram should look into it and speak to the user or shutdown the account.
