Hello from NickNacks Newbie

Hi I’m Tracy Nicholas. I’m 41yrs and a full-time teacher at a unit for teenagers with emotional/behavioural challenges. I live in Swansea, UK and I’m a single mother of a 15yr old daughter, who is such a fantastic person. I injured my back in Feb this year and I’ve been off work since. I have to keep moving and sitting is painful so I started baking as a hobby. I have fallen in love with it. There’s so much I want to learn. I haven’t had any formal training or courses, but I’m learning so much from videos, forums and cake groups x
