Hello,
Let me just say thank you to everyone who has ever posted anything from pictures to advice to tutorials for FREE on the Internet. Without it I would not have found a passion for cake decorating that I now love. My son asking me to make his Titanic birthday cake 4 years ago lead me on a journey of discovery into the world of cakes and I love it. I am a hobbyist cake decorator with my full time job working in behavioral health.
