Hi… I use a set of basic tins I got from Euro Cake Tins (i bought a set on ebay) which i like best. I also have pme and silverwood tins but I prefer the euro ones. I don’t like loose bottom tins or ones with rounded corners so I don’t have those. The oven I use is fan assisted electric (not industrial) , I’m very happy with it. I would recommend you user your own home oven until your business picks up – unless you can’t bake cakes properly in it. The same with the fridge/ freezer. Use what you have, just buy oven and fridge thermometers to make sure they work properly. Hope that helps.

yes,,thank you so much for your gr8 helo, mmit is a hugge advice..God bless

Like Sawsen I like tins with sharp corners. I use Magic Line Pans that I get here in the US. I am a home baker and I get by with just my regular standard gas oven. The only this I did do was buy a upright fridge (non commercial) that is just for my cakes. This way I had plently of room to chill my tiers. Good luck and I hope with helps.
