Cupcakes

Not sure

I’m looking for someone to help me with this. I have to make 250 cupcakes on Thursday this week. I was wondering if i could make some early, and them still me good. Would I have to put them in ice box or just set them out?? Any help would be thankful

Yes, you can bake and freeze, no problem. Only drawback is sometimes the cupcake papers, on thawing pull away. But that’s easily fixed by popping in a little bit of icing where the paper is pulling away, and gently pushing paper into the cupcake. Dries…and can’t tell…. You can actually add your piped icing if you wish and freeze. I have, and they come out a charm….
