Buttercream flower help

Does anyone know how to pipe the flower in the picture ?

Hi I made similar flowers using a rose tip held sideways. Pipe the buttercream(fairly stiff buttercream) straight up and release. Looks to me like they used a tip with a straight edge. You would pipe each petal starting from the center and working your way out. Or is it the other way around? I forgot now but practice first on a pan and see what happens :-) Its pretty forgiving. Hope that helps
