Wedding Cake Specialist, website owner, cake coach. I started making cakes professionally after a girlfriend requested that I make hers. Since that day almost 30 years ago I have worked in a variety of bakeries, banquet halls and in my home kitchen. I specialize in showing people how to make wedding cakes as well as all occasion cake decorating. Assisting cake decorators just starting out on their cake quests and meeting interesting people along the way brings me joy. I joined Cakes Decor because of two online cake friends who encouraged me to do so and I am loving it. Jessica of EZTopperz and Naomi of Cake Decor in Cairns. Everyone is very friendly here.

Thanks for your lovely comment about Popeye. You say you haven’t had much chance to do figurines, well I wish I could pipe as well as you can. Look forward to seeing some more of your cakes.
