Sweet Alchemy Amsterdam

I adore good food, I like cooking, it’s a pleasure to see a friend smiling and going “mmmmhhhhhhh….” while enjoying a cupcake I just baked!
I don’t have a long family history of great chefs or bakers, so everything I know about baking and cooking, I have learned on my own, and I never stop learning and trying new things, techniques and recipes!

I am Monica, I live in Amsterdam, I am from Italy and the passionate side of me come from there, together with my sunny happyness.
I love reading books, and I don’t have a TV.
I really like to be in the sun, to walk, to ride a bike and especially to run! I go out in my running shoes every other day, with earphones and the right music to relax or to push harder… It is so nice to feel my muscles sore and my body light (and don’t feel too guilty when I eat cookies!)
