Hand Painted Inspired Vintage Limoges China Rose Cookies

In this video tutorial I will show you how to make one of my signature hand painted designs on a cookien ispired by delicate Limoges china.

I have received several request for hand painting without alcohol, the plaque was painted using
cooled boiled water. It is imperative to use boil and cooled water!
