This product is not edible and is used for brides or people who want something they can keep. I am a huge fan of Alan Dunn and of Robert Hayes (both sugar masters when it comes to flowers. They use a product called Cold Porcelain to make flowers as well as Sugar flowers. Alan Dunn advises a brand called Modena.

And how I got an apron…. I voted on the spring competition! Then was shocked when i got a message from cakes decor saying I had won an apron for voting! Too Too Cool! Made my month! Thanks for looking Mimi I do hope you like it.
