I make free form flowers with my own techniques which I have developed over time using no cutters.. I am now teaching Free form sugar flower classes internationally and sell online tutorials for many of my freeform flowers.

I love flowers, Unfortunately I did not inherit a green thumb :-( But keep trying to get our enormous garden beautiful lol! Making flowers and teaching flowers is my passion.
I am a dessert maker by trade and my husband and I own www.denheath.co.nz a company famous for a big fluffy custard square, which is sold in New Zealand and Exported overseas
I make cakes for friends and family. But teach sugar flowers nationally and internationally.
I am a mum of 3 and a business woman Married to The worlds most gorgeous man in the universe I Live in my dream house in Timaru New Zealand
