My first 5 tiered cake ever!! I have to admit I was WAY stressed out about it- I transported the cake in 2 sections, with the bottom three stacked and the top 2 stacked and then put it together at the reception hall. I think this cake weighed almost 100 lbs (either that or my arms were super weak from the nerve wracking drive to the hall) The cake is 6×8×10x12x14, iced in BC with MMF ‘burlap’ ribbon and flowers and also- rafia which is HORRIBLE to have to tie around a cake and not have it gouge into the icing!! The design is based on the sunflower wedding cake done by Happy Cakes.
