Despite having been an obsessive foodie and keen baker all of my life it took me thirty five years to realise I could actually decorate a cake! Just over four years ago I tried my first and I haven't looked back since. I love tradition and simplicity in my design choices and am passionate that all cakes should taste at least as good as they look. I love the fact that my cakes are the central point to some very special occasions. Every special occasion deserves a special cake! :o)
