My little Minty Pony – “Bake a Christmas Wish” Collaboration

I was so excited to be invited to be part of the Bake A Christmas Wish collaboration which is raising funds for Make a Wish Foundation.
We are a group of bakers, artists, cake and cookie makers and people who love working with sugarcraft. The theme was a Christmas Movie of your choice. We could do an edible piece of a character or scene. Besides each artist has given their time to create a tutorial or recipe and it has been put together in e-bundles that you can purchase. The lot costs only $31.75 NZD which is such an awesome steal for over 80 tutorials and recipes! A great GIFT idea too for someone who loves to bake and craft. As my little girl loves horses – I chose My Little Pony – A Very Minty Christmas. Minty the pony is a silly, clumsy little thing with a heart of gold, who proves in the movie that with love, friendship and MAGIC – we can change the world!

I had 4 go’s at Minty as she kept breaking so bad that each time I had to start her over from the beginning – this is my 4th attempt! …and I was ‘perfectly’ thrilled with her! The fireplace and the Christmas tree are made from Rice Krispie Treats rkts.
