In 2012 began my curiosity about the cake design, but in 2014 born Torteintesta. Always been a lover of sweets, art and illustration, in this work I find a place to unite the two worlds . I attended training courses on the decoration world and pastry .
I created a blog where I tell my experiments and my ideas. The blog and collaborations with pastries keep alive my wish to experiment and grow.
The desire to create new things make still open other learning experiences because for me the art of cake design is a wonderful way always evolving.
