Hi, I'm Monika and I am a cake maker and designer based in Worthing, West Sussex UK. I offer high quality and delicious wedding and celebration cakes and desserts. I also provide one to one sugarcraft and baking workshops and group classes. I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
I offer bespoke, personalised cakes made of freshest and high quality ingredients.. I use home made sugar paste, marshmallow paste, chocolate paste, flower paste and moulding chocolate. I make my own butter, jams, curds and use them in the cakes for maximum taste. I can offer locally farmed eggs where required and use only premium flour... Our cakes not only look good but they taste devine too...
I use only tasted recipes, some of which were passed onto me from my Grandmother who baked all her life and always will be my inspiration and teacher..
I offer free wedding consultations with cake tasting and non-obligatory quotes.
