The cake I made for my step-son’s leaving do, the day before he emigrated to New Zealand earlier this year :(
It was a dense chocolate devil’s layered cake with white chocolate ganache and for the first time I made here my own dark chocolate sugarpaste from scratch and it was fantastic.
