A self taught, DIYer, home hobby baker there is no challenge too great nor detail too small nor cake that doesn't deserve to have my heart and soul poured into the batter, filling the layers and spread in the buttercream!! All of the late nights and longs days are made worth it with the smiles and tears a work of art - THAT YOU CAN EAT - bring to the faces of so many!! Yep...I kinda love the madness that is the life of a cake artist!! I wasn't lucky enough to be an artist who fell into cake...I am just an all around do-it-yourselfer who lucked up on something I actually really enjoy doing myself. : )
