June, I have tried the Bakerswood link and it says I cannot see any content because I used to be a member. Does this mean I have been banned???

Special Occasions – Cakes, Etc., if you do not participate by commenting and sharing posts on the Bakerswood site, you will be eliminated from the group. Maria has no interest in big membership numbers, just people who really want to be there. I don’t know if that is the case with you, but that is one explanation.

Yes, Sandra’s explanation is most likely correct. Maria posted several times over the past year that if members were not active/didn’t participate on the Bakerswood site, they would be removed. So you weren’t “banned” per say. Not sure how to contact Maria if you’re not part of the group??
