I have a no-egg, dairy-free cupcake recipe, that you can certainly make as a cake, that I’ve used many many times with kids and it’s always a GREAT success with kids and adults alike. I, personally, don’t really like it cos it reminds me of boxed cakes especially that the cake I make all the time so much yummier. But I will be more than happy to share it with you!!
