You could use silver petal dust mixed with silver airbrush color. I find this gets even shinier than just mixing the silver dust with vodka. I would probably try putting some edible varnish on it after it dries to see if it would make it really shine like a mirror. I usually use equal parts corn syrup & vodka when I make my homemade version.
