I looked for the cake and did find it. Have been trying to find some tutorials to help you achieve it but have not been successful. Like Amanda mentioned you should use gumpaste which sets hard. I found this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-TMQASlMxo that might help you with the stool. You would not put the back & sides but will at least give you an idea on how to go about it.
