I love massa best but as Lizzie says it’s pretty pricey, rolls really thin though and worth budgeting for on extra special cakes if possible. Cake stuff is actually sugar paste direct repackaged. They sell direct also but I often order from cake stuff. It’s pliable but strong and much better than supermarket brands in my opinion.
