Hi. I have a silicon GCC set which does the job perfectly well, I know Wilton do a double tin too, with the top and bottom side by side. I know some people carve them but I’ve no experience of this, sorry. The only one I’ve sold was decorated with fondant with a fair amount of detail and a candy melt shell around the base so priced on a par with my 8" cakes. If I was decorating with buttercream swirls it would be cheaper.
