Hi they can vary slightly vary in size sometimes but not much in it. you can get a wilton pan. I have used these before. However sometimes with these as the top of the cupcake mould and bottom of the cake mould are joined the top half of your cake can cook slightly quicker. Just need to keep your eye on it. I used wiltons quick release on the mould as it can stick and can be difficult to get out. As to price in the uk i charged £35 but it does depend on how much if your time has gone into it etc. Be good to have a look around locally for price comparisons. Portion sizes again are difficult due to how its cut. But roughly I would say 15? Not sure. Hope that helps! Not made many of them myself x
