Located in Dibden, within the beautiful New Forest National Park, I am a mother of two who started designing and creating cakes in 1990 for my children. As birthday parties came and went other mums became aware of my cakes and commissioned me to create the centrepiece for their children's party and the business continued to grow from there.
Now, in close consultation with each client, I design and create bespoke cakes and edible art to perfectly compliment the special occasion, be it a wedding, birthday, baby shower etc. Also, the majority of my designs incorporate elements which can be saved and kept as a memento.
