For the most part(trial and error!) I'm self taught as far as decorating goes-even though I hold a degree from Scottsdale Culinary(graduated a month before my oldest daughter was born).I really thought I'd do "real food",but I always went back to cakes. I have a dream to open a storefront in the early part of '15-I really need some guidance-if you have words of wisdom-send em my way!!
