I did the top plate days in advance so it would dry and they could remove it for slicing ease(top was 50/50 gumpaste and fondant),buildings around the outside were varying shades of brown fondant with impessions of brick,wood,stone,blue buttercream. Cake was also half white and half chocolate.TFL
