The first time I ever even had fondant was on my sixteenth birthday. My mom bought some from Michaels and cut out some flowers and rolled out the words "sweet sixteen". Now, three years later I can proudly say I have come a very long way. I instantly fell in love with decorating and became addicted to finding tutorials online and looking at pictures. My mother and I did 3/4 wilton courses, but after that I spent a lot of time researching and learning different techniques online.

I currently have a small home business, selling cakes and cupcakes as I go through university. I'm studying to be a teacher but my ultimate goal is to be able to open a shop in five years when I graduate.
