Hi! I've been baking for just over a year, but have found myself attempting things that have stretched my technique, with some rather nice results! I work for RADA (the drama school) and in my limited spare time am a composer, conductor and baker, with a keen interest in food photography. Keen to get inspiration and brush up my skills.
