Created for Clandestine Cake Club Squires Kitchen ‘Half-Dressed’ competition. Layers of chocolate sponge drizzled with cherry syrup, Kirsch, black cherry jam and cream, finished with naked-style black cherry buttercream and chocolate ganache drip, decorated with edible flowers, fondant forest floor shapes and real cherries.
