Founded in 2011 and originally as Hip-pop cakes, was set up as a brother & sister team. Russell has now retired from cake making and as a result I have recently rebranded as Lesley Marshall – cake art. Located in a small village outside Taunton (and just inside the Devon border), I am now the sole owner and work from home. I am a multi-award-winning cake artist, winning Gold awards at the largest cake international competition, along with a 1st and 2nd award. In addition, “Best in Show” and 2 first awards at The Big Cake Show at Exeter.
