I'm a 67 year old Grammi of 3. I have been baking with them for 15 years and it is one of their favorite things to do when visiting. I started decorating party cakes for friends about 5 years ago and found I love it. Each cake helps me develop new skill levels and my friends love to challenge me.

It’s amazing how paths cross. I rec’d a request from a friend to make a birthday cake for her son Nov 1st. She sent me a picture and it is your Ninja Turtle Cake. Would you mind if I use it as a guide for making her cake?

I wouldn’t mind at all Sharon. You would be surprised how many times I have been asked to use my design. I have written up detailed directions on how I made it, but I am on vacation at the Outer Banks North Carolina and not on my main computer. I’m not sure how to navigate things with my smart phone yet. I just got it a few weeks ago. I can send you the directions when I get home if you would like.

Toni, sorry to be so long in getting back to you. Lots going on. I got the instructions for the Ninja Cake and I am thrilled. I visited my girlfriend in Phoenix area, (she got me started decorating cakes) and we practiced the turtles. I’m very pleased with the outcome. My cake is for Nov 1st so I will send a picture of the result. THANKS for your generosity.
