Hi and welcome back to my kitchen. So over the past few months a new cake trend has been to create fault line style cakes, which give the impression that the buttercream has split open and is revealing something on the inside of the cake.
For this weeks video tutorial I wanted to have a go at this technique and combine this with simple buttercream flowers between those lines. This is a great tutorial for beginners if you have not piped flowers before and I really hope you like how it looks and you enjoy the video!
