I don’t know why not. Your little pony is adorable and your tutorial pretty clear, perhaps show a few more steps for those not familiar with making models. Congrats!

Agree with what Sandra posted. A few more steps needed. Provide the amount of fondant/gumpaste needed, how to roll out to achieve the shape for head, legs and torso, etc. Many newbies need detailed instructions. Maybe find a few animal tutorials on YouTube, watch and get a gist of what you can do.

That is very cute!!! For someone who is experienced this would be enough but if a company wants you to make a tutorial usually they want it to be very well explained and put in as many steps as a person who never made a cake topper would need to make it.
I would especially put more focus and more photos explaining how you shaped the body, how much fondant do you start with, is it the same amount for front and back legs, shaping the face and also the eyes, because they are layered.
On the other hand, I think your little pony is adorable and it’s a great topper for a tutorial.
Also what you need to think about (and ask the company who wanted the tutorial) is if it would be OK to use My Little Pony as the tutorial. Some companies would refuse because it clashes with the copyright law.
Hope this helps :)
