Spend 5 minutes on any cake page, and you’ll see pages and pages of sharp edged fondant and ganache. So why then, if they are so popular, would I not only choose to work with Buttercream, but shout it from the rooftops?

Your buttercreaming is always beautiful and always looks delicious . Lovely video. I get your point on some aspects of cake decorating, and I personally always advise clients to strip all the decorations off as they do not add to the taste of a delicious cake inside. Thank you for the video. Buttercreaming is on my list of skills to improve this year. Thanks for the topic 😊
