Step by step instructions:
1. You will need:
- marshmallows (I used 150 grams for 12-13 cm diameter surface)
- white vegetable fat
- a flat surface f.ex. bottom of plate (same diameter as cake)
- spoon, bowl, small pan, knife
2. Use vegetable fat to grease the surface which you will use.
3. Place bowl filled with marshmallows over a pan of simmering water. Stir frequently until marshmallows melt completely.
4. Pour out melted marshmallows on flat, greased surface.
If you want the foam to be higher wait a while before pouring the marshmallows out. Don’t wait too long – they set quickly.
5. Wait untill the marshmallows set. I waited about 20-30 mins. Grease your hands and knife. Helping yourself with the knife place the foam on your cake.
