I have been casually doing cakes now for abt 2 yrs. I have never had any formal training, just a hit n miss with the thing i have seen online.. So my daughter is a makeup artist and we always attend different events and tradeshows, n sitting here right now I thought WHAT THE HECK!!!! WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN LOOKING FOR AN EXPO MYSELF.. so after several attempts to find something in my area let alone in my state I was unsuccessful..I googled expos under bakers and confectioners, seen breads but not cakes and supplies.. Curious what would they fall under.. I mean come on now WE ARE FABULOUS!!! who could NOT have an expo about all of our talents!!!

Maybe try Cake Shows? I have never been to an expo so I don’t know if it is anything like a cake show but I know there are tons of cake show in my “area”. There is one in my state (NJ) but I also travel to 2 states near me that have show. VA and MD.

Yes, try Cake Shows… Here in the UK, they have Cakes International (Glasgow, Manchester, London and Birmingham) each year. this is their website as they do have an international section for exhibitors outside the UK. http://www.cakeinternational.co.uk/

We are very lucky to have all this exposure.
