We do love this time of year, but, the process of building a cake in the summer can be a bit of a nightmare, the butter-cream is melting way too fast and the fondant is just that warm that it sticks to everything… it can be a scary time of year for us cakers, but summer has definitely arrived, so, let’s celebrate with a big collection of sun kissed Cakes, Cupcakes and Cookies!!
