I'm a self taught baker.
I discovered cake decorating through my children else if it weren't for them I probably wouldn't know how to even crack and egg! lol!

Im happiest when making cakes it's my meditation time to explore and be creative, and most exciting of all is seeing the excitement of delight on the children's faces with their cake!

When I think of cake not only must it be beautiful but tasty too! I treat each cake as a learning working surface as more than likey it's a first for me and I do my best to bring people's ideas to life in cake form.
